Payments for the Summit may be made via credit card, invoice or PayPal. Notice the “https” in the address bar? For your protection, this website is secured with the highest level of SSL Certificate encryption for secure transactions.
Before you complete the registration process, you will be asked to select your payment method. Credit card payments can be made directly in the system or via PayPal. For invoices, just select the “Invoice” option and follow the instructions that are provided for sending your payment. It includes deadlines for and location to mail checks.
When using a payment method other than credit card or PayPal, your registration will be confirmed for a certain number of days (listed on the Invoice). If payment is not received at that time, the registration will be cancelled.
Are you registering at least three (3) people at the same time and for the same Registration Plan? Go to the “Compare Plans” page and select the “Group Rate” pricing row for the Plan of your choice and take advantage of an automatic $60 savings off the “Individual Rate” for every person in the group when you register three (3) or more for the same Plan.
No discount code needed. Just select a quantity of at least three (3) and press “Register Now”. You will add details for each person in the group on the next screen. Individuals do not need to work for the same organization.

Event Registration Terms and Conditions
Refunds and Transfers are permitted. For any reason you may request and will be granted a refund or substitution according to the following change/modification table:
If you request a refund, we will grant it accordingly and deduct the listed processing fee. All remaining funds will be returned to the registrant within 30 days of the request. To request a refund, please call us directly at (800) 901-1680 and request your refund. You may also send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund.
Refunds are not provided after August 31, 2015. However, transfers/substitutions can be made according to the schedule. You can send another person in your place if you find that you can longer attend the event by contacting us with the request and paying the change fee listed in the table.
As an attendee, I understand that I may appoint a substitute attendee in my place at any time and for any reason by calling (800) 901-1680, or by emailing the event committee at email@example.com and paying the listed processing. I also understand that I may cancel my registration up until August 31, 2015, and still receive a partial refund. The refund would be less the listed processing fee.
I understand that after August 31, 2015, I am not eligible for a refund and will forfeit payment or provide a substitute attendee in my place.
If this event is cancelled for any reason, all registrants will receive a full refund within 45 days of an unforeseeable cancellation.
Use of Event Associated Images
As an attendee of the Summit, I grant permission for ARVoices Strategic Leadership Network and ARVis Institute to use my voice, photographic or video image(s) picture(s) in whole or in part and in any media whatsoever, only when obtained as part of my attendance at the Global Strategic Leadership Summit (in public spaces only). I release and hold harmless ARVoices Strategic Leadership Network and its host, ARVis Institute, from any liability by virtue of any use my image as it pertains to my attendance at the Summit. I certify that I am at least 18 years of age, that I have the authority to grant the permission contained herein and that this release is given voluntarily and without expectation of compensation in any form now or in the future.
Speakers and Subject Matter
The Strategic Leadership Network makes every effort to hold to the advertised schedule, program, topics and content. However, in an effort to respond to speaker cancellations, unforeseen events, and events beyond our control with regards to timing, there may arise a need to modify the speakers and/or schedules or programs as necessary. As such, we make every good faith effort to hold to the event details as advertised but will not be held liable for producing comparable speakers, schedules, and content that create no harm for the attendee.
We strive to ensure that you experience an exceptional learning and networking event and receive distinctive service.
